NY BURGER WEEK MAY 1-7, 2017
– 7 Days of delicious Burger events –

To celebrate National Hamburger Month, Burger Conquest & Rev Ciancio proudly brings you the annual NY Burger Week, May 1-7, 2017.

Hashtag = #NYBurgerWeek Social: @RevCiancio

Who eats 13 Burgers all in one day? YOU DO. Where is the only town you can do that in? NEW YORK CITY!

There are lots of great Burgers out there in the US of A but no city has such a great concentration of them that you can walk between a baker’s dozen of them and have each one as good as the one before.

The restaurants participating in the 2017 NY Burger Crawl were the absolute best of the best. Im actually a little beside myself and humbled that Burger joints as good as these agreed to participate. They knew that some of NYC’s biggest Burger and beer fanatics were going to pay them a visit, taste awesome Burgers and help to raise funds fora  great charity like Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen.

This was an awesome event and it could only happen in New York City!

INTERACTIVE MAP OF PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

There’s a big list here of people who deserve to be thanked, so let’s just start it off with one, big, bolded show of appreciation in CAPS to everyone.

THANK YOU!

First and foremost, thank you to everyone at Butternuts Beer & Debragga, New York’s Butcher. Were it not for them, this event would have never happened. The amount of time, effort and care put into making and delivering both fresh beer and beef was no small task. Both teams worked to ensure that all the right product was made and delivered on time. I highly suggest you taste all the beers that Butternuts makes. You’ll be hard pressed to find another NY State brewery making more drinkable, fun and tasty craft beer. If you’re into beef or meat in general, spend some time on the Debragga website perusing their amazing selection. Then order a whole bunch of it and host the tastiest BBQ your backyard will ever have.

Thank you to Certified Angus Beef (®), especially Mary McMillen, for supporting the Burger crawl with marketing, awesome giveaways and of course, delicious, tasty beef!

Thank you to everyone at all of the bars & restaurants that participated. Not only did they serve up some tasty eats to all of the attendees of the Burger Crawl, but they did it with a smile and worked very hard to promote the Burger Crawl. I hope you truly enjoyed all of the Burgers you got to try on the crawl.

Thank you to Sara Pandolfi and Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen for supporting the crawl. I appreciate the support and wish  you the best of luck with the Farm to Tray event. If you love food and supporting local charities, this event is for you. On May 18th, the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen welcomes in some of the most talented chefs from some of the best restaurants in NYC for an amazing night of food tasting. Get your tickets now.

Big big ups to the good folks at Time Out New York, Yelp NYC, Gothamist and UpOut for all the support. Without great publications like these, our city would be really bored and no idea what to do for fun.

Thank you to my food friends who helped to promote the Burger Crawl in advance and during the event itself. If you like looking at pictures of amazing food and finding out about where to eat the best food in NYC, follow these people on Instagram:

A big thanks also goes out to Mike Fox, who is the only person other than yours truly, who has participated in every single NY Burger Crawl!

About Butternuts Beer
Established in 2005, Butternuts Beer and Ale is located on a 120-acre farm in the beautiful Butternut Valley. Brewing in a renovated dairy barn, we brew American-style farmhouse ales with German, English and Belgian influences. Water is taken from our own springs and lends to our signature flavor. Our beer is made with natural ingredients and no pretense. We’ve been known to throw in a few spices or fruits into our beer.

Our most popular beer, Pork Slap Pale Ale is sweet and malty, brewed with fresh ginger root. Heinnieweisse is a German-style weissebier with tart citrus and banana notes. For all our hopheads, Snapperhead is an American IPA with light spicy and earthy hop flavors. And don’t forget about Moo Thunder American Stout with its espresso, dark chocolate, smoky flavor.
