How many restaurants have you been to that serve ‘nduja pizza?
I can name one, Upland. That’s coming from a guy who eats a lot of pizza.
I feel comfortable in saying this is the best ‘nduja pizza I’ve ever had.
I also am willing to be it will be a long before you find one better.
For those of you that are not familiar with ‘nduja, its a spicy, spreadable salumi from Italy.
